This gets all three. The elastic panels run full depth on both sides so the shaft opens properly. The sole is a deep lug tread, not a moulded pattern that's flat after a month. And the platform gives you real height under the whole foot rather than tipping you forward onto a heel - which is why you can wear them from 8am to 8pm.
