How we select and fulfil products
Our range includes footwear, clothing and accessories from third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners. Products can be prepared and dispatched from different locations, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate parcels. The product page describes the style and available options; the shipping policy explains the current delivery estimate and charges.
Fit and customer support
Footwear pages show a US size reference alongside the original EU supplier size where applicable. Fit can vary by style, so check each product's details and fit guide before choosing. For eligible unworn footwear, we offer one no-cost size exchange per item within 30 days when the requested replacement size is available. See the returns policy for the full conditions.
