A high heel on a flat sole puts every pound of you on the ball of your foot. Put a platform under the front and the angle drops - which is the entire reason this shape gets worn to things that last six hours.
It's still a Chelsea: elastic gussets, pull-on, lug tread. It just has considerably more under the heel than the rest of the range, and it runs up to EU 43, which is rare in this shape.
