Jewellery Care Guide

A few simple habits will help protect the appearance of your jewellery. Always follow any material-specific instructions on the product page first.

After wearing

Wipe the piece gently with a clean, soft and dry cloth to remove sweat, skin oils and residue.

Water, fragrance and chemicals

Unless the product page specifically states otherwise, remove jewellery before showering, swimming, training or sleeping. Apply fragrance, lotions and hair products before putting jewellery on, and let them dry first.

Storage

Store pieces separately in a cool, dry place. Separate compartments or soft pouches reduce rubbing, scratching and tangled chains.

Cleaning

Do not use abrasive cloths, harsh chemicals, household cleaners or ultrasonic cleaning unless the material guidance explicitly permits it. For plated pieces, rub as little as possible.

Normal wear

Scratches, surface changes and gradual finish wear can occur through normal use. How quickly this happens depends on the material, frequency of wear, skin chemistry and exposure to moisture or chemicals.
